Member Universities
CIMVHR collaborates with 46 Canadian universities that bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise and play a critical role in developing world-class research, working together with the common goal of advancing military, Veteran and family health research.
The growth of our network through links with the academic community leads to more collaborative funding opportunities and the ability to continually share knowledge and best practices and organize and participate in joint events on a national and international scale. The combined efforts result in evidence-informed practices, policies and programs that address and improve the health and well-being of military personnel, Veterans and their families. During the 2023-25 reporting period, CIMVHR had 1 new university join our network and 15 of these universities re-signed memorandums of understanding to continue working with CIMVHR to advance health research for this critical population.
